Have you heard of Let’s Dish? If you remember it the way I do you used to go in and prepare meals using a detailed recipe card and take them home to prepare or freeze.
Well, things have changed and they are now more convenient than ever. You can now order in advance online or stop in at a local store to pick out a few meals. They are prepackaged in serving sizes of 3 or 6 with easy cooking instructions making this the perfect option for a new mom, someone recovering from an illness, or just a busy family on the go.
The meals are color coded and cooking instructions are listed on the packaging. Even the pickiest water can find something to try.
I purchased several affordable meals and you can too by using an exclusive offer code to take $10 off of express orders of $50 or more. Just put in code FAMFINDS10 at checkout and save through 8/31/22.

Dinner at Murray’s
There are a few steakhouses that Minnesota is known for. Murray’s is one of them. Last night we took the fellas out for a late Father’s Day dinner.
It was not overly crowded for a Sunday night and our server was great. The fellas shared the Silver Butter Knife Steak for two priced at $135 for a 28oz steak that comes with soup or salad and a side. They both enjoyed the steak and thought the Au Gratin Potatoes were decent.
I had the Roasted Chicken with brown butter caramel jus, fingerling potato, and fine herbs. I added a side of shrimp. I am thankful for the herbs because the chicken and potatoes were seriously lacking flavor. On the other hand, the side of shrimp was juicy, buttery, and seasoned to perfection.
Another guest had Tournedos Oscar which included two 3 oz. tenderloin medallions, crab cake, asparagus, and Béarnaise. She enjoyed her meal overall.
While we all agreed that the steak and seafood were good we also agreed it was overpriced for the experience. As of now, Ruth’s Chris remains our favorite steakhouse.
